These Official Rules & Terms (“Official Rules”) govern participation in the Fine Gold Reserve Gold Knowledge Challenge (“Challenge” or “Promotion”).
By registering for or participating in the Challenge, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules, applicable laws and the rules of any participating social-media platform used to participate.
1. CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
The Fine Gold Reserve Gold Knowledge Challenge is a 100-day educational gold challenge beginning on October 1, 2026 and ending on January 8, 2027.
The Challenge is designed to educate participants about gold while recognizing eligible participants who demonstrate gold knowledge and consistent participation throughout the Challenge.
Fine Gold Reserve intends to award a total of:
100 Winners
1 troy ounce of fine gold per confirmed winner
100 troy ounces of fine gold total
The intended winner distribution is:
90 winners across 9 participating social-media platforms — 10 winners associated with each platform
plus
10 eligible Fine Gold Reserve loyal-customer winners
Registration or participation does not guarantee a prize.
2. SPONSOR
The Challenge is sponsored and administered by Fine Gold Reserve (“Fine Gold Reserve,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “our” or “us”).

Only information published through the official Fine Gold Reserve website and verified Fine Gold Reserve communication channels should be considered official Challenge information.
3. CHALLENGE PERIOD
The Challenge begins:
October 1, 2026
and ends:
January 8, 2027
This period comprises 100 calendar days, counting both the first and final day.
Individual Challenge questions or activities may have their own submission deadlines.
Fine Gold Reserve may specify the applicable time zone for daily questions, submission deadlines and the final closing time before the Challenge begins.
Important: Before launch, add an exact time zone here—for example, 11:59 p.m. GMT—so participants around the world know exactly when each Challenge day closes.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in the Gold Knowledge Challenge.
Registration is free.
Participants are not required to purchase gold, invest money, fund an account, make a deposit or purchase any Fine Gold Reserve product or service in order to participate in the general Challenge.
Making a purchase will not improve a participant’s standing in the general Challenge.
5. ELIGIBILITY
To participate, an individual must:
- be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- reside in a jurisdiction in which participation and receipt of the prize are legally permitted;
- successfully complete the official Challenge registration;
- provide accurate and verifiable information;
- comply with these Official Rules;
- comply with applicable social-media platform rules; and
- not otherwise be legally prohibited from receiving the prize.
The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Fine Gold Reserve may request documentation necessary to verify a potential winner’s identity, age, residence and eligibility before awarding a prize.
6. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
Fine Gold Reserve intends for the Challenge to be accessible in multiple countries, but this does not mean that every country or jurisdiction is automatically eligible.
Participation and prize delivery are subject to applicable local laws, sanctions, customs regulations, import/export requirements and other legal restrictions.
Fine Gold Reserve may exclude jurisdictions where conducting the Challenge or delivering physical gold prizes would be unlawful or impracticable.
The final list of eligible and/or excluded jurisdictions should be published before October 1, 2026.
7. HOW TO REGISTER
Participants must complete the official Challenge registration through the Fine Gold Reserve website.
Registration may require:
name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, country or region, relevant social-media usernames and acceptance of the Official Rules and Privacy Policy.
Participants must provide accurate information.
Submitting a registration form does not mean that the participant has won or is guaranteed to win.
8. PARTICIPANT ID
Fine Gold Reserve may assign each successfully registered participant a unique Participant ID or Giveaway ID.
This identifier may be used internally to connect a participant’s registration with eligible Challenge activity.
Participants should keep their Participant ID private unless Fine Gold Reserve specifically instructs otherwise.
Participants should never publicly post passwords, identity documents, authentication codes or other sensitive information.
9. THE 9 PARTICIPATING SOCIAL-MEDIA PLATFORMS
The Challenge is intended to operate across the following nine social-media platforms:
Facebook • Instagram • TikTok • X • Threads • YouTube • Snapchat • LinkedIn • Pinterest
There are intended to be 10 winner positions associated with each participating platform, producing 90 social-media winner positions in total.
Fine Gold Reserve may provide different participation instructions where necessary because platform functionality and rules differ.
10. WHATSAPP AND TELEGRAM
Fine Gold Reserve may use WhatsApp and Telegram as Challenge update and communication channels.
These channels may provide:
Challenge announcements, question notifications, educational information, participant highlights, reminders, important updates and winner announcements.
WhatsApp and Telegram are not part of the nine social-media prize platforms unless Fine Gold Reserve expressly amends these Official Rules.
Following WhatsApp or Telegram alone does not create an additional prize entry.
11. PARTICIPATING ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS
Eligible participants may participate through one or more of the nine participating platforms.
Participants should use the same social-media accounts or usernames provided during registration so Fine Gold Reserve can reasonably associate eligible participation with the correct registered participant.
Participating on multiple platforms does not guarantee a prize.
Participants must not create multiple or fraudulent accounts to obtain an unfair advantage.
X’s current promotion guidance specifically advises promotion organizers to discourage multiple-account entries and repetitive or near-duplicate posts.
12. GOLD KNOWLEDGE CHALLENGE QUESTIONS
Throughout the 100-day Challenge, Fine Gold Reserve may publish educational questions concerning topics such as:
gold purity and karats, bullion, gold pricing, assaying and testing, verification and authenticity, refining, mining, custody and storage, physical and digital gold concepts, gold ownership, gold history, gold markets and responsible gold-investment education.
Questions may use multiple-choice answers such as:
A • B • C • D • E
or another format specified with the individual Challenge question.
Participants must follow the instructions provided with each eligible question.
13. ANSWERING CHALLENGE QUESTIONS
Participants should submit answers using the method specified with the applicable Challenge question.
Where a question requires a social-media response, the participant should use the same registered social-media account supplied during registration.
Answers submitted after the applicable deadline may not qualify for that Challenge activity.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with the applicable platform’s rules.
14. CONSISTENCY MATTERS
The Gold Knowledge Challenge is designed around:
KNOWLEDGE • PARTICIPATION • CONSISTENCY
Participants should consistently participate in eligible Challenge activities throughout the campaign.
Qualifying activity may include answering designated Challenge questions correctly and completing other activities expressly identified as eligible under these Official Rules.
Only activities expressly designated as qualifying activities will be considered when evaluating participants.
15. LIKES, COMMENTS, SHARES AND REPOSTS
Fine Gold Reserve may encourage participants to follow Challenge content and engage with educational posts.
However, ordinary likes, comments, follows, shares, reposts, views or similar social-media metrics do not automatically constitute points or guarantee a stronger chance of winning unless expressly included in the published scoring methodology.
This distinction is important because participating platforms have their own promotion rules.
For example, YouTube’s current contest policy prohibits contests from manipulating metrics such as views, likes and subscribers.
Fine Gold Reserve will administer platform-specific activities in accordance with applicable platform policies.
16. WINNER-SELECTION CRITERIA
The Challenge is intended to recognize participants based primarily on gold knowledge and consistent eligible participation.
Before October 1, 2026, Fine Gold Reserve will publish the final scoring or evaluation methodology explaining exactly how qualifying participation is measured.
That methodology may consider:
Correct Answers — number of eligible questions answered correctly.
Participation — number of eligible Challenge activities completed.
Consistency — participation across the Challenge period.
Compliance — adherence to the Official Rules and platform requirements.
Fine Gold Reserve may use predetermined tie-breaker criteria where eligible participants achieve identical results.
No subjective or undisclosed criteria should be introduced after participants have completed the applicable activities.
17. WINNER DISTRIBUTION
Fine Gold Reserve intends to award 100 prizes to 100 confirmed winners.
The intended distribution is:
Facebook — 10 winners
Instagram — 10 winners
TikTok — 10 winners
X — 10 winners
Threads — 10 winners
YouTube — 10 winners
Snapchat — 10 winners
LinkedIn — 10 winners
Pinterest — 10 winners
Total social-platform winners: 90
Plus:
Fine Gold Reserve Loyal Customers — 10 winners
GRAND TOTAL: 100 WINNERS
18. PRIZES
Each confirmed winner is intended to receive:
ONE (1) TROY OUNCE OF FINE GOLD
The total intended prize pool is:
100 TROY OUNCES OF FINE GOLD
The final prize specification should identify the minimum purity—for example, 999.9 fine gold—if that is what Fine Gold Reserve commits to providing.
Fine Gold Reserve should also specify before launch whether the prize will be a gold bar, coin or another one-troy-ounce bullion product.
19. VALUE OF THE GOLD PRIZES
Gold prices fluctuate continuously.
Accordingly, the monetary value of a one-troy-ounce gold prize may be different when the Challenge begins, when winners are selected and when prizes are delivered.
The final Official Rules should state an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) based on a specified gold-price reference and valuation date.
A change in gold price does not entitle a winner to more or less than the stated quantity of gold.
20. LOYAL-CUSTOMER WINNERS
Ten prize positions are intended for eligible Fine Gold Reserve loyal customers.
Fine Gold Reserve must publish objective criteria defining who qualifies as a “loyal customer” before the Challenge begins.
The loyal-customer selection process must be administered according to applicable law.
Purchasing products during the Challenge must not be represented as necessary for entry into the free general Challenge.
21. FEATURED OR POSSIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Fine Gold Reserve may periodically recognize active participants through WhatsApp, Telegram, the website or other official channels.
These individuals should be described as:

or
Participant Highlights
Being featured does not mean that a participant has won, is a finalist, or is guaranteed to receive a prize.
Only participants officially confirmed under the winner-verification process will be considered winners.
22. WINNER VERIFICATION
Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify:
identity, age, residence, registered social-media account, Challenge participation and legal eligibility to receive the prize.
Potential winners may also be required to complete eligibility declarations, prize-acceptance documentation and legally required tax or customs documentation.
Failure to complete required verification within the stated period may result in disqualification where permitted by law.
23. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The Challenge concludes on January 8, 2027.
Final winners will be announced after the Challenge has ended and eligibility, participation records and winner verification have been completed.
Fine Gold Reserve will publish the official winner-announcement date through its website and official Challenge channels.
This avoids promising that all 100 winners will be announced immediately on January 8 before verification has been completed.
24. HOW POTENTIAL WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED
Potential winners may be contacted using:
the email address, telephone number or registered social-media account supplied during Challenge registration.
Participants are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate.
Fine Gold Reserve will never require a legitimate winner to pay a prize-claim fee merely to receive a prize.
Participants should verify suspicious communications through Fine Gold Reserve’s official website before providing personal information.
25. PRIZE DELIVERY
Prize delivery will occur after successful winner verification.
Delivery may be subject to:
lawful shipping availability, customs requirements, precious-metals regulations, import/export restrictions, sanctions, insurance requirements, identification requirements and other applicable laws.
Fine Gold Reserve may establish different lawful delivery or collection procedures depending on a winner’s jurisdiction.
26. TAXES, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Winners may be responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, reporting requirements or other governmental charges associated with receiving a gold prize unless applicable law requires Fine Gold Reserve to pay them.
Winners are responsible for obtaining independent tax or legal advice concerning their individual circumstances.
27. ONE PERSON / ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
Participants may not use fake identities, duplicate registrations, bots, scripts, automation or multiple fraudulent social-media accounts to manipulate participation.
A participant found attempting to obtain an unfair advantage may be disqualified.
On X specifically, current promotion guidance recommends making multiple-account participation ineligible and discouraging repetitive duplicate posts.
28. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Fine Gold Reserve may disqualify a participant for:
providing false information; impersonation; fraudulent registrations; manipulating Challenge records; using bots or unauthorized automation; cheating; attempting to interfere with Challenge systems; submitting unauthorized entries; harassment; platform manipulation; violating platform rules; or otherwise attempting to obtain an unfair advantage.
Suspected misconduct may be investigated before a prize is confirmed.
29. YOUTUBE PARTICIPATION
Any portion of the Challenge conducted through YouTube must comply with YouTube’s applicable rules and Community Guidelines.
YouTube currently requires contests conducted through its platform to be free to enter, have Official Rules, include a legally compliant privacy notice, comply with applicable law and not manipulate metrics such as views, likes or subscribers. YouTube also requires the rules to state that YouTube is not the sponsor and to provide the required release.

Entries or participation violating applicable YouTube Community Guidelines may be disqualified.
30. X PARTICIPATION
Participants using X must comply with applicable X rules and promotion guidelines.
Fine Gold Reserve will not encourage participants to create multiple X accounts or repeatedly publish identical or near-identical posts for Challenge participation.
31. SOCIAL-MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
The Fine Gold Reserve Gold Knowledge Challenge is sponsored and administered by Fine Gold Reserve.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the relevant platform, this Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn or Pinterest.
Participants acknowledge that information supplied for Challenge administration is being provided to Fine Gold Reserve, not to those platforms, except for information naturally submitted through use of the applicable platform.
YouTube specifically requires organizers to state that YouTube is not a sponsor and to include the required liability release in contest rules.
32. PRIVACY
Information collected during registration may be used for:
Challenge administration, eligibility verification, participant identification, record matching, fraud prevention, winner selection, winner verification, prize fulfillment, legally required reporting and necessary Challenge communications.
Marketing communications should be treated separately and sent only where the participant has provided any consent required by applicable law.
Personal information will be handled according to Fine Gold Reserve’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
33. PUBLICITY AND WINNER INFORMATION
Where permitted by law, Fine Gold Reserve may request permission to publish a confirmed winner’s:
name, social-media username, country or region, photograph and prize information.
Where consent is legally required, Fine Gold Reserve will obtain the required consent before such use.
34. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Fine Gold Reserve retains its rights in its name, trademarks, logos, Challenge graphics, educational materials, questions and other proprietary Challenge content.
Participants retain applicable rights in original content they create.
Participation does not require participants to transfer ownership of all intellectual-property rights in their submissions.
35. FRAUD AND IMPERSONATION WARNING
Participants should be alert to fake Fine Gold Reserve accounts and prize scams.
Fine Gold Reserve will not ask a legitimate winner to:
pay a claim fee, send cryptocurrency to unlock a prize, purchase gold to release a prize, provide an account password, or provide a two-factor authentication code.
Suspicious communications should be verified through Fine Gold Reserve’s official website.
36. TECHNICAL OR PLATFORM FAILURES
Fine Gold Reserve cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party social-media platforms, internet connections or other systems outside its reasonable control.
Where a technical problem affects an eligible activity, Fine Gold Reserve may review available records and apply the Official Rules consistently and fairly to affected participants, subject to applicable law.
37. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
If fraud, security incidents, technical failures, platform changes, legal restrictions, natural disasters or circumstances outside Fine Gold Reserve’s reasonable control materially interfere with the lawful or fair administration of the Challenge, Fine Gold Reserve may modify, suspend or cancel affected portions of the Challenge to the extent permitted by law.
Any material changes will be communicated through official Fine Gold Reserve channels.
38. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fine Gold Reserve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from participation in the Challenge or acceptance or use of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
39. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
The final published version of these Official Rules should identify the legal entity operating Fine Gold Reserve, its registered jurisdiction, applicable governing law and dispute-resolution process.
Mandatory consumer rights applicable to an eligible participant cannot be excluded where applicable law does not permit such exclusion.
This section should be finalized with qualified legal counsel before October 1, 2026.
40. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
41. OFFICIAL RULES CONTROL
These Official Rules govern the Fine Gold Reserve Gold Knowledge Challenge.
If a social-media caption, advertisement, graphic, video, FAQ, promotional post or other Challenge material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material amendments will be published through the official Challenge webpage.
