Introduction<\/b><\/h2> <p>This Digital Gold User Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) governs the purchase, ownership, storage, transfer, and sale of digital gold through <b>Fine Gold Reserve<\/b> (\u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d).<\/p> <p>By creating an account or transacting in digital gold, you (\u201cUser\u201d, \u201cClient\u201d, or \u201cInvestor\u201d) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.<\/p> <h2><b>2. Definition of Digital Gold<\/b><\/h2> <p><b>Digital Gold<\/b> represents a digital record reflecting ownership or beneficial interest in physical gold held in secure custody on behalf of the client.<\/p> <p>Each unit of digital gold corresponds to a measurable quantity of physical gold stored within approved vault facilities.<\/p> <p>Digital gold:<\/p> <ul> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Is backed by physical gold holdings<\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Is recorded electronically in your account<\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">May be bought, sold, or held via the platform<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Digital gold is <b>not<\/b> cryptocurrency and does not constitute legal tender.<\/p> <h2><b>3. Ownership Structure<\/b><\/h2> <p>Clients hold <b>beneficial ownership<\/b> of allocated gold recorded under their account.<\/p> <p>Fine Gold Reserve acts as:<\/p> <ul> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Platform operator<\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Custodial coordinator<\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Record administrator<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Ownership does not automatically grant physical possession unless withdrawal or delivery procedures are completed.<\/p> <h2><b>6.
